Trudi - leapord big smileCoaching is done by Trudi herself! Trudi is a Certified Practitioner of NLP, Certified Practitioner of Time Line Therapy. Language is at the basis of her coaching skills – and she teaches others how to CHANGE YOUR LANGUAGE to facilitate life long change and incorporate new habits. She only takes on a few coaching clients at a time in order to give you the full experience.

Packages are available or you can also choose flat rate – Trudi recommends the packages – you get a break on pricing and results quicker!

KNOCK IT OUT PACKAGE – 1 month program – Choose this package if you think you can “get it done” in one month. Trudi is a huge fan of this package – most can get to the root of the problem and establish a new habit with some accountability.

  • One hour session to determine plan/path and new habits – you will have homework!
  • Weekly 30 minute sessions to stay on track and establish new habits (this can be done in two 15 minute sessions a week as well)
  • This package includes Language Coaching ONLY
  • Maintenance program available to add on as well!

PEACE OF MIND PACKAGE – 3 month program – Choose this package if you feel like you need more hand holding and have had some trauma that needs to be released. This program can also be used to help you with business and personal relationships.

  • One hour session to determine plan/path and new habits.
  • Weekly 30 minute sessions to stay on track and establish new habits (this can be done in two 15 minutes sessions as well)
  • Includes Language Coaching, contract and text messaging in between sessions.
  • Incorporates the Values Factor Coaching and linking goals to values.

FULFILLMENT PACKAGE – 6 month program – Choose this package if you have had trouble in the past establishing new habits and accomplishing goals, especially if you feel STUCK and not sure WHAT you want out of life in general. This package incorporates business coaching/language coaching and relationship coaching all in one over a 6 month term.

  • 2 – one hour sessions to determine plan/path and new habits
  • Weekly 30 minute sessions to stay on track and establish new habits (this can be done in two 15 minute sessions as well) Check-in’s to establish accountability with yourself.
  • Includes Language Coaching, contract and text messaging in between sessions.
  • Incorporates The Values Factor Coaching and linking goals to values.
  • Business Coaching – attracting a higher value client
  • Life Coaching – better relationship with yourself and others.
  • Self Coaching – learning how to make this stick for a lifetime of change.
