So, here we are. The holidays are upon us once again. I have been tracking my food intake and it’s not good folks.
Today will start a new journey of going a whole week with no obvious sugar. You know, the white stuff that is in sweets etc. Cookies, cakes, pies and ice cream.
I will try to check in everyday and hold myself accountable to you. I know now that it’s impossible to cut it out completely, but I can cut it out 75% of the time to start. Then I can move up to 80%, 90% of the time.
I will reset the clock today and say that I can have a sweet treat on Saturday or Sunday.
