Hey there! How’s it going? I have been moving and getting settled in as well as stuffing my face with some pretty yucky stuff.
Today I am gearing up for the Juice It To Lose It 5 Day Reboot with Joe Cross. I have been drinking half cups of coffee all week with anticipation of no coffee at all starting tomorrow! It’s been the one vice I had left that I said I would never give up! I have decided that 5 days isn’t that long and if I want the taste of coffee I can get some decaf and move on!
The preparation needed for this reboot has been mostly a mindset change, and the fact that I went so long the first half of the year without sugar made me believe in myself even more.
I am going to document my 5 days and at the end if I decide to go more I will. Check out this grocery basket! Excited to get started tomorrow!
