What an amazing meal that was! I was really good and ate what the planned meal was, and did NOT partake in dessert. I didn’t overeat, nor am I suffering from meat sweats! I am going to be able to go to bed with one more day sugarfree under my belt, which I am needing to wear lately because my pants are getting so loose!
I will have an article to share with you tomorrow regarding how much sugar is in food that is served in restaurants. Its from a book called “Eat This, Not That.”
